Twoolies are one of a kind - that's what I love about them... no two twoolies are alike! These cute fellas are all unique handmade wool animals with artistic personality. They were designed by architect Sindy Posso and Mayan artist Julio Mendez, combining modern concepts with ancestral native designs. Each twooly is entirely and carefully handmade by skillful Tzotzil weavers using 100% natural wool. The Toztzil are an ethnic subgroup of the Maya that live in South Mexico. Every piece is a unique combination of textures, colors and pattern that make it truly one of a kind. - each photo below is taken of each twooly, and is one of a kind!
