| The Two collection is the result of a collaboration of friends, with Indian, Italian and Spanish influences. Monica Patel is the driving force behind the brand which she started because of a need for something incredibly chic and stylish for her to wear when she was pregnant with her kids and thereafter. These very versatile pieces are perfect for just about any time in your life! (kids or no!) and present an ageless look that is complete comfort. Monica sources the sari fabrics directly from India, she says it's like finding an needle in a haystack... exciting right!? She removes the heavy starch so that her pieces move and flow with your body and drape beautifully. This collection of caftans and dresses are all one size fit's all and they are pretty good at fitting all - This particular piece fits well on size 4 - size 10, The monica caftan is approx. 50" from shoulder to bottom hem. There is simple black trim at neckline (the bottom black panel is on the front only, the back is the check pattern). The Monica caftan is her signature piece and is one of my favorite shapes, it's so easy to wear and looks great on just about every shape! This piece is made of soft lightweight cotton ikat fabric - made in USA (by hand, one by one... in Monica's studio!) - hand wash and hang to dry. |
