| This is a beautiful hand-printed textile by Jobs Boden in Leksand, Sweden. You won't find these prints anywhere else, they are from my mom's hometown and while they are quite well known in sweden they still sell out of a little house in Leksand. The story is that the daughter of Lisbet Jobs has re-printed some of her old prints from the 1940's...and they are wonderful! you will find other prints from Jobs, but these are the old prints from the 40's (and I like them a lot better!...ssshhhh!) These are hand printed in Sweden on 100% cotton, you are just buying the print, but this one makes a lovely runner OR it is also beautiful framed...either way you will love it! |
